SW and I headed to Jonesboro this weekend for a cookie party. So much fun. Mrs. Pam put this together for all of the grandchildren and friends. It was such a great idea. Each person brings 3 dozen cookies and then you each get took take home so many yummy cookies. Santa was also there but SW was not a fan!! SW and I had so much fun seeing all of her Jonesboro friends. She was ham and loved playing and dancing with everyone.

We also got some Christmas shopping done which was good bc I am WAY behind! Work is crazy right now. I am ready for Christmas vacation. Enjoy the pictures from the party. Hope everyone is doing well.

B and I are so thankful that SW has made a full recovery!! SW finally started feeling better over the long holiday and we had a great time with both of our families. We headed to Warren on Wed and got to play with Madison and Austin. Nana made so much food and we had the best fried deer steak. Yummy!! She makes it for B bc it is his favorite. Papaw loves having all three kiddos at his house and it is really fun watching him with all of them. Mom, Deb, and I took the kiddos to the park after lunch on Thurs. It is a new park with tons of funs things! I was really impressed. I love going home for the holidays. My mom always spoils us the entire time we are there.

Friday we headed to the cabin to see Queenie and Big Papa. Uncle Dan was also there all weekend. We had so much fun. SW realizes she is the center of attention and really plays it up. She runs everywhere around the house and giggles the entire time. Queenie also had so much food for us! SW, Queenie, and I made cookies on Saturday for our cookie exchange party we are going to this weekend. Such a cute idea I will post more on that after we get back.

B, SW, and I are so thankful that we have such amazing families and friends!! Happy Holidays.

Not so fun week......

SW has been sick since Monday night. She woke up late Monday night with a stomach bug! Gross is all I can say about stomach bug. SW then got a blister on her mouth and we thought she had a virus that was going around town. Not the case. We took her back to the dr on Sat. morning and she has thrush!!! Gross again! She is not sleeping, eating, and we haven't seen a smile in a week. It breaks my heart. I hate seeing her sick. B and I are exhausted. Queenie came this week to help so I could go back to work. Thanks again we really are lucky to have family that can always come when we need them. She is slowly getting better each day. Please remember her in your prayers. I am ready for a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend. I will post pics then.
Hope everyone has a great week and a wonderful Thanksgiving. Even though SW is sick I know our family has a lot to be thankful. I am especially thankful for B bc he has been so patient with me bc I don't deal well when SW is sick. I am one lucky wife!

B, SW and I had a very relaxing and lazy weekend. Friday night we stayed in, built a fire, and layed around the house. It was great!! Saturday we got restless so decided to go out for a bit. Wow it was freezing. No fun. Saturday night Angel came over to stay with SW while B and I went to dinner. Sunday we went to church but SW didn't want to stay in the nursery. She sat in big church with us. Sunday afternoon was so pretty we played outside. All in all what a great weekend. My favorite kind. I am getting really excited about the holidays. I can't believe Thanksgiving is only a couple of weeks away.

I am not a fan of cold weather. I am also not a fan of "falling" back. I think it stinks that is gets dark so early. Oh well what can I say I do love that bc it is cold we spend a lot of time at home. SW is really the happiest when we are home just letting her run the show! SW is at such a fun place right now. B and I are having the time of our lives. It melts my heart bc she will run up and give me the biggest hug and kiss. Wow there is no way to describe the way it makes me feel inside. SW is really a daddy's girl right now. B and SW have a special bond that I find heartwarming. I love watching them together when they are off by themselves. B is great about playing with SW in her girly room. Funny thing is that SW doesn't really like babydolls. She would much rather push her stuffed animals in her baby carriage.

Wow have we been busy. The Chaneys had a Halloween party for the kiddos and it was a lot of fun. SW was not sure about everyone being dressed up but she eventually got used to everyone and played with the kiddos. She is really attached to B and I right now. She gets really shy around everyone. It is cute bc I like it when she needs to stay by my side.

We went downtown on Halloween and watched the Homecoming parade. Funny thing is SW loved it. She was amazed by the band. We watched all the floats and everyone kept giving us tons of beads and candy. We went to dinner at Bordinos and I was really nervous about how SW would behave. She was great. She entertained everyone and loved all the attention. Wow what a fun night!!

We went to the Homecoming game and I was sad it was our last one of the season. SW has the most fun at the games and we have had a great time with everyone sitting around us.

This past week was really busy around our house. We went to the Halloween carnival on Tues. night. It was a lot of fun and we loved seeing all the kiddos dressed up.

K came over to play one night. He taught SW how to jump in her bed! They had so much fun. I love watching them play together.

Wow what a busy weekend at our house. Bryan's grandparents from TN came for a visit. We had a great time. We all went to dinner Friday night at Fred's in Bentonville. It is one of my favorite places. Yummy food. SW is getting a little restless when we go for long dinners but we can usually keep her entertained. We had a great time with the family and love when they are here for a visit.

SW didn't go to the football game since it was a night game.

Sunday B, SW, and I had a great time enjoying the great weather. What fun. We played outside and had a quick trip to the pumpkin patch. SW decided she only wanted one little pumpkin her size.
