Walking, Teething, Talking, and Being ONE!!

I swear she looks at me like why do you always have to take my picture!
Mini fit when not getting her way!

Guess who loves Chick fil a????
SW has become very independent in the last couple of weeks. I am not sure if it is bc she is walking everywhere or just bc she is one. She likes to feed herself with no help. Needless to say feeding time can get quite tricky. She loves chicken. I think she could eat it for every meal. We are struggling to find veggies she likes so if anyone has any ideas please let me know. SW has four teeth at the moment. I think there are two more coming which explains the moodiness!! Wow. The funny thing is SW knows when she is being fussy and will look up at you with those big blue eyes and your heart just melts (she is quick to know her daddy gives in a lot easier than mommy). I do have to say I love she is becoming her own little person. She is a lot of fun right now. We spend most late afternoons playing in the wagon and playing outside.
We went in last week to see dr. froman. SW is still small 19 pounds!! She is only in the 20th percentile. This girl has been eating like mad since we are eating "grown up" food so it might not be long before she gains a few lbs!! BTW we are also off of formula. Very exciting news. Formula is really expensive. SW is drinking soy milk and she loves it. We buy the very vanilla and it tastes like a milkshake. Yummy.
Hope everyone has a great week!!!

Family Road Trip to Memphis

On our way to the Memphis zoo. SW and Will not sure what to think?

SW decided she likes the zoo and seeing all of the animals

Will and SW are big fans of the penguins

I thought the bear looked lonely???

I think SW is ready to get out of the wagon!! Such a priss!

Again SW does not like it if she is not getting her way! (not sure who she gets that from)

Will Brown is so stinking cute!! He is full of energy!!

The boys were playing football in the yard with Luke.

On our way to cheer on the hogs!!

Will and SW watching the game. Needless to say with two one year olds we didn't stay long.

Bryan, SW, and I headed to Memphis this weekend to visit the Brown family. We had a great time with Kevin, Helen, and Will. We got there on Friday night it and it only took about 15 minutes for SW to feel at home. SW and Will had the best time playing together all weekend. I was nervous about how SW would do bc she normally doesnt sleep well in her pack in play. She did great this time.

Saturday we got up and headed to the Memphis zoo. What fun! The kids had a great time. SW and Will were more excited to get to run around the zoo than they were looking at the animals. After the zoo we went out to lunch then headed back home for a nap.

We took the kiddos to Buffalo Wild Wings and tried to watch the game. I guess being in TN it is hard to find someone that was showing the AR game. Needless to say we didn't make it much past the first quarter before the kiddos were ready to play. Helen and I took the kiddos home and the daddies stayed out and watched the game. Helen Balch also came over so we girls had a great time visiting and catching up! Balch just got engaged so we are excited for her and the upcoming wedding in Feburary!!

Bryan, SW and I had a great time on our "family outing"!! What fun. We love the Brown family and hope we get to see them again really soon!

Princess Tailgate Party

The cake was so cute!! Yummy too.

SW with Angel. She is my saving grace. SW loves going to her house everyday!

SW and her bf Mia. They are really cute together.

We turned the backyard into a playground

SW loved her cake! She was not ready to quit eating!

SW giving her Nana a icing kiss!

Papa gave SW a wagon for her bday. She loves it. We take wagon walks everyday.

SW had a princess tailgate birthday party last weekend. We had people over after the FL game. SW had so much fun. She loves cake and ice cream. We had such a fun time with all of our friends and family. Thanks to everyone that came. Queenie made yummy food and made the house and tables look great. Big Papa cooked ribs and chicken for all the parents. The jump king was a huge hit with all the kiddos. We have had so much fun celebrating SW's first year. I do feel so lucky for all my friends and family that have been such a big part of her life.
We went to see Dr. Froman this week. SW is still skinny only 19 pounds. She has been on a eating frenzy this week. SW is now off formula and is drinking soy milk. She loves it. We are slowly trying to help her get off the bottle. Oh well these things take time.
Hope everyone has a great week!!

Time sure does fly!!

We had present night on Friday night! SW got so many wonderful gifts!

SW wasn't so sure about being a bday fairy.

SW and her papa were not up for celebrating early in the morning!! I am the only morning person that lives in this house.

The day our miracle was born! I was amazed at the instant love you can feel for someone!

SW turned one on October 3rd. This has been the most amazing year of my life. I feel so lucky to have Bryan and SW in my life everyday. I am truly blessed. B is the best daddy around and I can honestly say watching him with SW makes me know complete happiness.

We had a small party on Friday night with our families. SW had a great time. Both parents came in town to help celebrate. My sister and her kiddos also made the trip. Mitchell and Logan were supposed to fly in from Charleston but Mitchell got the flu. We missed them. Ali, Wes, Court, Bo, Mac, Seth and Kohnly also came to celebrate. Ali's family also stopped in to help celebrate.

SW had a tinkerbell cake on Friday night and she had a blast sitting in the floor eating cake and ice cream. We also had a jump king in the backyard for the weekend. I was suprised that SW loved it!

Between riding in the wagon, jumping, and eating cake we were all exhausted at the end of the night. I can say I went to bed with a smile on my face and saying a thank you prayer for all I have in my life!

Let the parties begin!!!

Big Papa and SW love to nap together. Big birthday weekend, Calls for BIG nap!!
SW with the Heringer clan at her Bday dinner
Aunt Bera and Darlene spoiling me for my birthday

SW is now walking all over the place!!!
Bryan, SW, and I headed to Jonesboro a couple of weekends ago to start SW's bday celebration early. We had a great time. We started Saturday morning at Mamma D and Papaw Bill's house. Aunt Bera and Aunt Darlene were there to help SW celebrate. We had cupcakes and SW loved them! She got lots of goodies. SW got baby dolls, baby strollers, a horse, and so much!!
Saturday night we met the Heringer clan out at Ridgepointe for a birthday dinner. It was so much fun! We got to meet Miss Ensley and Baby Luke. SW loved running around with Quince. Queenie and Big Papa always make our trips to Jonesboro so much fun. Mommy even got some shopping in while I was there. If any of you ever go to Jonesboro for sure visit SteamRoller and Eden. Great finds!!
