We have been busy around here! Queenie and Papa came to visit a couple of weeks ago. They came to stay with us and we went to the Naturals game on Saturday night. It was nasty hot but we had a great time. SW loves the games bc she eats junk the entire time! We went to church on Sunday then to brunch at Theos. It was great as always! SW loves going to Theos. She runs around and is not shy one bit. We always have so much fun when the Queenie and Papa come to town. Papa helped B and Wes cut down limbs from the ice storm so that was a big help.

The next weekend Nana and Papaw came to town! We had a great time. They kept SW on Saturday night so B and I could go to Paige and Beaus' wedding reception. It was a lot of fun. I love it when B and I get to go on a date! We loaded up on Sunday and headed to the Gentry zoo. SW was not sure what to think about all of the animals and the drive thru part she was a little confused. It made for another great weekend.

B and I are so lucky to have such wonderful parents. They do so much for us and SW. We know how lucky we are and can never say thank u enough to our parents! SW is truly blessed to have the opportunity to spend time with all of them. Each one of them bring something special to SW's life. God has blessed us!! WE LOVE U VERY MUCH!!

A couple of weeks ago Ferg came to town for a quick visit so we took the kiddos to lunch at Grubs. Whitney and Caroline met us there. Ben was so cute and was a trooper being the only boy at the table! Annie and SW were not in the mood for pictures! Caroline is so cute and she smiled the entire time! It was great to catch up with Carrie and Whitney. Whitney is having another baby! She is due in February and we can't wait to meet the next Ward baby! I love spending time with my college besties and seeing everyone's kiddos. I love you girls!!

Little Miss Independent!

Wow what a great Fourth of July. We headed to the river and had so much fun. Queenie and Big Papa always work so hard to make sure that all of us have a wonderful weekend. Thanks so much for letting all of us come and play. The kiddos and grownups had a great time!! We got to enjoy the river, ride in the kubota, run around the yard, and eat lots of yummy food! What could be a better way to spend the fourth. SW is surrounded by boys all the time. They are so much fun. I would live at the cabin fulltime if I could figure out a way to make money up there. It is awesome because your cell phone doesn't work, no computer access, and all you do is forget your problems and relax! I start my first full day of work tomorrow but I have had an awesome summer so far!

B, SW, and I headed to Tulsa last week and spent the day at the aquarium. SW had a blast. Her favorite movie right now is Nemo and she will sit and watch the entire movie!! She was fascinated with the turtles and I was so proud of her because she fed them by herself. It is a really neat place and we had a great time. We went to the zoo that day but not a good idea bc it was 99 outside and all of the animals were inside. Oh well we can go back in the fall. We had a great time together. The Tulsa aquarium is a neat place and worth the drive! What a fun family day!!!

We have had the best summer. SW is at such a fun age everyday is a new adventure. I have been between jobs so we have gotten to spend a lot of time together. I start work again this week but I am so glad we got the month of June to play around. SW is talking up a storm and is very vocal. We are having a few fits these days but I think it is mainly because she knows what she wants and hasn't learned how to express herself.

To say SW is a daddy's girl is a complete understatement! This girl is obsessed with her daddy! She has a special smile for him and it melts my heart to see the excitement in her eyes when he walks in the room! I can still remember finding out we were having a girl and B wondering if he would know what to do with a girl. He had spent all of his life surrounded by brothers. Needless to say he figured it out! The bond SW and B have is like nothing I have ever seen. I never knew I could love B anymore but each time I watch him with SW I know exactly why God put him in my life! I am so lucky to have him as my best friend and husband. B thanks for all u do for SW and me!

Happy "late" Father's Day to all the daddies out there! My dad is an amazing daddy and so is B's dad. SW is one lucky girl to have all the men in her life.
